கனவுகளை துறந்து

ஒவ்வொரு சராசரி இந்தியனும் தன்னுடய கனவுகளை துறந்து, ஒரு சராசரி வாழ்க்கை வாழும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளபடுகிறான். அப்படி ஒரு சராசரி இந்தியனை பற்றி ஒரு சில வரிகள்

பணி என்றான், முன்னேற்றம் என்றான்,

வீடு வாங்கினான், மகிழ்வுந்து வாங்கினான்,

கல்லூரியில் காளை போல வலம் வந்தவன்,

இன்று பூனை போல் அலுவலகத்தில்,

வருவதும் தெரியாமல்,போவதும் தெரியாமல்,

நிற்காமல் ஓடினான், மாடாய் உழைத்தான்,

குடும்பத்தை மறந்து, சொந்தங்களை துறந்து,

அறுபது வயதில் ஓய்வு பெற்று, வாழ்க்கை கனவோடு;

மகளோ அமெரிக்காவில், மகனோ இங்கிலாந்தில்,

யாருக்காக ஓடினான், காளை ஏன் பூனை ஆனது,

சிந்தனையில், தனிமையில் தொலைத்த நாட்களை எண்ணி!!!

In this modern work we are forced to live an average life where the priorities has been to become a professional, get a monthly salaried job, live a budgeted life till the retirement. This trend has been more or less the same in most part of the world. Following the passion is shelved in pursuit of a guaranteed monthly income and live a middle class life. To be in a guaranteed monthly income job which comes with a price tag which is compromising on originality, family and passion. Think before you run out of time.
