Most of the readers from Tamilnadu would know about the title. Those who are not familiar, Its a super hit Tamil movie which translates to "Jobless Graduates". Recently Second series of the movie is also released. Interesting the movies revolves around the Unemployed Civil Engineer who struggles and finds his way to complete the low cost housing project with the help of other unemployed engineers. Surely this post is not a film review but instead trying to put forward the concept and core of the movie of being an engineering graduate(VIP) In 1980's the movie "Varumaiyin Niram Sigapu" talks about the unemployment problem faced by graduates in India, how they pass their days with hunger and the atrocities faced by them. Similarly the film  'Three Idiots'(Hindi) and 'Nanban'(Tamil)talks about the education system which the Indian society believes to be a success formulae.
