Gadegts War all around...

I went to the Hypermarket to get supplies for the week. At one corner of  the hypermarket, the ally was totally jammed which grabbed my interest, as I walked towards the crowd it didn’t take much time to figure out, that a guy was selling vegetable chopper with live demo. Vegetable chopper often attracts women  urging them to buy the gadget which makes chopping of vegetable a lot easier .Only very few women are able to master the art of using the vegetable chopper other than the marketing guy who was demonstrating the vegetable chopper.

Everyone have special interest and fascination for gadgets. We don’t hesitate to bring home the gadgets hoping that it will be helpful in our day today life. With existence of nucleus family and the compulsion for both partners to work and affordability the sale of gadgets has gained momentum in recent days.
Probably the first gadget developed by man kind is a watch after which numerous gadgets have flocked the market. When I was in high school the most popular gadgets was, fountain pen with a digital watch, Magnet box which keeps the pencils intact with inbuilt sharpener, calculator, small mirror, conversion table, time table & digital watch, Notepad holder with a calculator, penholder and Organizer. Isn’t it amazing!!!

Kitchen gadgets which include dish washer, dough kneader and chapatti maker were also very famous. The one kitchen gadget which doesn’t get momentum is the dish washer(atleast in the subcontinent). In the time you load the dish washer you can make the dish manually further if you didn't load it properly the chances are high that it will damage the washer or the dishes.

Survival gadgets include Swiss knife, Nail cutter with multipurpose knife & bottle opener, foldable knife etc... were very famous. These survival gadgets still exists as these gadgets were successful, helps us to save time and space.

Those 70’s and 80’s kids would be going nostalgic as we used to befriend the boy in our class who have those gadgets. Gadget not only extends its helping hands, save time& space but it is also a symbol of status in the society. Smartphones are game changer and revolutionary in gadgets technology. Have kindle you don’t need to have all the book shelves.
Now-a-days smart phone has many built-in gadgets which include high resolution camera( back and front), photo editor, flash light and many more features. Smartphone companies are expanding their boundaries which will become inevitable gadget in the coming years and days. Fitness gadgets keep track of our daily steps, heart beat rate, calories burnt, weight and BMI.
Gadgets have brought revolution in the health care industry also. Cheap and affordable healthcare gadgets are capable of analyzing the blood sample, monitor blood sugar, high blood Pressure etc.. which helps save many lives every year.

We all have been fascinated by the Gadgets but the real issue is there are way too many gadgets in the market. We cannot buy gadgets only becoz of mere fascination, we need to know how functional the gadget is? Does it have the required function which you are looking for? Is the gadget overloaded with functions?
You will be on the losing side and wasting your time ad money if you don't look for the answers before buying the gadget. Do your research and try hands on demo before deciding to buy gadgets.

Out of mere fascination, attractive marketing and assuming gadgets are symbol of status we buy, overloaded and non-functional  fancy gadgets and not using them up-to its full capacity.
