Challenges are in-evitable in real life, un-employment, health, heart breaks, injuries, sudden demise of loved one's, uncertain future..etc.... etc.... There are situation where we are tested emotionally and mentally and pushed to our limits. The article gives an in-sight of how to face challenges of life.
1. Don't shy away from challenges
Often we shy away from challenges faced in life. when we turn our back on the problems and challenges, challenges will start chasing us. There is no one in this world who doesn't face challenges in life. Take the fight head-on and try to resolve the issues with a systematic approach. Keep calm, cool and think of solution instead of taking drastic decisions.
2. Have Positive mind Frame:
A positive mind frame is the key to get solutions. When one face extreme challenges it very important to stay with a positive mind frame. Most common phrase we hear is " why this is happening to me every time??'' such inner feeling will push into negative mind frame. Sun will set in the evening and soon it will rise in the morning and light-up to the whole world, similarly life's challenges are not permanent. Be positive and things will start swinging in your way.
3.Count on your Blessings
We always think only about life challenges and problems and feel everything is going wrong in our life. We always forget to count on the blessing which many in the world have been denied off. This disturbs the emotional equilibrium and make you feel lost in life. Change in perspective to count on our blessing rather than our problems is a key to have a successful life and thwart away the problems.
4.Accept success and failure as part of life
As rightly said " Failure are the stepping stone for success". Without failing one cannot succeed so accept the failures and work in a positive way which will pave the way for success. We need to have compassionate attitude on ourselves. Muhammad Ghazini invaded India 16 times and was defeated he didn't lose heart he invaded India again for the 17th time and finally succeeded . Try.. Fail ... Try again...until you succeed.
5. Embrace Reality
By just worrying nothing is going to change. Try to embrace the life's reality than your wishes which gives lot of strength to face the challenges. By embracing reality what u once felt was unmanageable becomes more easy to manage. We shall embrace life as it comes to us.. good with the bad, love with loss, betrayal with forgiving. When we embrace life's reality we get a chance to enjoy our life, have a successful life and life becomes more blooming and colorful.
6. Follow your heart and stay close to your feelings
When you are going through some rough waters in life there is always a conflict between the intelligence and the heart. Try to follow your heart and stay close to your feeling. Staying close to your feeling helps to manage emotions which in turn paves the way for positive, calm and cool thinking. Don't overanalyze things which will create instability and confusion in your emotional quotient.
7. Maintain good meaningful Relations
Always maintain a good meaningful relation with all friends and family members. Develop mutual trust with your kith and kin. They are ones who will stay by your side and bail you out from the life's challenges and problems. With friends and relatives by your side you will feel strong enough to handle any problems in life and emerge victorious.
To add an ending note challenges in life are not permanent, one need to think and act to resolve the problems. It is really difficult to come out of some situation like sudden demise of our loved ones ,heartbreaks, betrayal but embracing the reality and having positive mind set will help to recover quickly and continue with the life as normal.
