5 simple ways to live a cheerful life

Life is short and precious to be wasted and spent worrying. we all deserve to have a happy and fulfilled life but in most of cases life has its own plans than what we intend to have.. In this materialistic world we live a stressful life running behind wealth, power and pride.

One who is healthy doesn't have enough money to be cheerful and the one who is wealthy is not healthy enough to enjoy his life. Having said all these... you might be thinking How to have happy, fulfilled and cheerful life. Read through the post....
Listen to yourself:
It is very important to appreciate yourself and listen to your body, mind and soul. Listen to your Inner calls, neglecting those could end up in a stressful life and force you to drift away from happiness and fulfillment. Your body may need rest after a long week or it may need better nourishment. Mind may need calmness and soul may need soothing. Listen to you inner calls and fulfill them.
Keep It  simple:
When your solving a complex mathematical problem your brain is totally engaged and runs with full capacity.. Imagine you are filling your life with complications and surround yourself with complex problems, then your mind, body and soul will be running in full capacity throughout and occupies most of your time and becomes a tangled thread. keep things simple in day-today life, in relation, in friendship and in work too.. your life will become cheerful
Keep your circle cheerful:
When your circle is cheerful you will automatically be cheerful. When your deeds make your friends, relative, colleagues or the people surrounding you nervous, concerned and sad, its impossible for you to be happy and cheerful. It will boomerang very quickly. Make others happy and cheerful, to live a cheerful life
Don't take yourself serious:
Taking each and every small incidents seriously will take off your peace of mind and keeps you rattled and thinking all day long. To be cheerful the mind needs to be calm and cool. Thinking too much means draining of physical and mental energy. It's alright when you fail sometimes, being mocked by friends... don't take it seriously but start enjoying those moments which makes the life interesting.
Be Content:
Being Content is one  of the most important thing to be cheerful. Simply worrying about things that you don't have doesn't bring those things to you. Be content and be happy with what you have. Thousands of people around the world don't have what you have. Be content and be thankful for what you have which makes your life cheerful.
 
I came across a video posted in a whatsapp group which was about cheerful life.. Its basically a stage debate. Mr.Arul Prakash quotes in the debate " Three main things which you need to keep away to have a happy and fulfilled life is Debt, Enmity and sickness" Very true words
