Fresh pepper flakes : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : for taste
Onion : 1 Small Size
Garlic : 1 Pcs
Tomato : 1/2 tomato

Marinate the fish fillet with turmeric powder, chilly powder and Fresh pepper powder. Add salt for taste. Cut the onion, tomato and garlic and place it between the fish fillets. Sprinkle cumin seeds and curry leaves above the marinated fillets. Leave it for about 45-60min
Step: 3
Heat up the Grill pan and pour oil and then place the fish fillet( the side where cumin seeds are sprinkled facing down) along with the onions, tomato's, garlic and curry leaves. Leave the fish fillet in the grill pan(simmer) for 3-4 mins and then turnover and leave it for around 3-4mins ( total cooking time is around 6-8 mins). Once it is done put off the flame and leave the fully cooked fillets in the grill pan to get a brown and crispy finish.
