Don't Quit.. Just hang on..
Life has been so colorful, beautiful, pragmatic and wonderful for most of us but there are many who are denied of colorful and wonderful life. Failures and unwanted situations haunt them and push them to the brink of quitting. Many were left without any option and there is no one who could extend their helping hand. Life imposes lot of challenges( Read also:Challenges are inevitable in real life- 7 stratergies which will help face challenges) and push the weaker to quit their jobs, relationship, families and in most of the instances their own valuable life and or others too....
Recent days have witnessed random shooting spree in malls, schools, colleges and other public places. Taking revenge on someone before killing themselves has become common. Is it a problem of individuals or society?? The reason remains at large and there is no conclusion..
Age old Hermitage Ritual:
When I was in college we went to one of my class mates elder sister's marriage, I don't remember the venue of the marriage, but one of the ritual performed in the marriage was interesting. It's called Kasi Yatra.. Oh no Kasi yatra was for oldies and what it has to do in marriage? Does he really want to become a hermit? In that ritual Bride groom suddenly erupts up and says that he doesn't like the marriage and decides to go for Kasi yatra.. he goes out of the marriage hall. Then the bride's brother and relative convince him and bring him back and finally the bride groom pledges that he will not leave his wife in any situation. The take away in this ritual is that in marriage there could be lot of problems and to resolve the problems quitting from the relation is not an option and there is a solution for every problem.
Rough waves:
Life didn't spare even popular and the powerful.. Yuvaraj Singh, an Indian cricketer was at the height of his career. He was awarded man of the tournament when india won the world cup in 2011. Right after the world cup he was diagnosed with cancer.. Most of those who were diagnosed with cancer will be shattered, but yuvraj singh with his will power and determination bounced back and still makes the bowlers clueless with his powerful hitting. Isn't he a true inspiration to just hang on and not to quit...
Dead End :
we all know cat and dog are enemies for ever and ever. Once a dog was chasing a cat which is usual and after some moments everyone witnessed an un-usual thing. The cat was chasing the dog.. One man went up-to the cat and asked how did you mange to chase the dog which is more stronger than you. Cat replied.. "Dog was chasing me and I was running as fast as I could, but I reached a dead end which was closed from all side. I was left with only two options either to surrender and lose my life or to fight back .. I chose to fight back, I posed like a tiger and started attacking the dog. Dog was taken aback". We are being chased by situations, emotions, fear etc.. to a dead end. We are left with with only two option's either to give up and quit or hang on and fight back. Those who fight back emerge victorious. All we need to do is Just hang on and fight back.
Rocky Roads:
We expect life to be smooth like travelling in a luxury car in a super smooth expressway with no obstacles and speed bumbers. Ironically life gives very smooth ride in a bullock cart in a rocky road with lot of obstacles and failures. World's richest and influential people passed through these rocky roads and still walking on it. Mala yousufai is the youngest noble laureate. She was shot multiple times from close range for refusing to quit studying... Life couldn't become more brutal than this. All we need do is just hang on until we reach the green pastures.
When u feel like quitting think of the purpose, why u started and also remember once you quit you have to start from the beginning. All we need to do is just hang on and search for solution, fight back, reach green pastures and emerge victorious.
